Dear Diary,
So the death of another legend has taken over our headlines. I'm still finding it hard to comprehend that Whitney Houston has actually died!? Last Saturday night I got home after an amazing evening with my friends and did the obligatory facebook check before getting in to bed and saw everyone's status. I turned on Sky news and was glued to it for hours. Whitney inspired me to sing, she is one of the ultimate singers of all time!
Many people are commenting saying how it's her own fault because of her (whether true or not) drink and drug addiction, but what it balls down to it is that a seriously talented lady has lost her life. Whitney (Houston) changed so many people's lives with her voice and her songs, me being one of them.
I think the openning speak LL Cool Jay gave at the Grammys was perfect for such occasion.
Whitney, we will always love you
